You are agree for the terms and conditions mentioned by Infotech Links
You are agree to share your contact details and resume to recruiters of Infotech Links
You are agree to receive the phone calls and emails related to recruitment.
your candidates profile will not be get deleted in any situation.
You are responsible to maintain and update the correct information and profile on website.

Service Validity

Registered subscriber Service is only valid for next six month from date of subscription.
After expiration of Registered subscriber service, re-subscription is required to continue the service.
Resume writing service is valid up to the final approval of the candidate for its resume.

Application and Interview schedules

Registered subscriber Service subscriber must have to apply for most suitable requirements. Wrong application/ apply records negative ranking in software.
We offer 100% online service for Registered subscriber. No walk-in support will be provided.
Interview against applied requirement will be scheduled after getting interview confirmation from respective company. No need to take follow up after application.
Our HR executive confirm your availability for interview appointment and then send interview call letter on your registered email id.
Registered subscriber can take interview call letter directly if walk-in interview dates are visible against the most suitable requirement.

Registered Subscription

Both the candidates and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway subject to any terms that relate specifically to any of the services provided by the Company or by any Third Party.
The receipt of registration charges once not indicated or can not be claimed as guarantee of the service or Job offers.
Selection of the candidate will depend on their interview and the decision of the concern company’s recruitment cell.
Interview appointment letter will provided from Infotech Links only after getting confirmation from the HR department of corresponding hiring company.
The User of these services does not claim for the Interview appointment letter and / or offer letter in timely frame, as the appointments/ decisions are taken by the HR department of hiring company. We are playing the role as a mediator for recruitment process.
Candidates must follow our process which we have implemented for recruitments.

Attending the Interviews

Interview will be conducted on given appointment time at provided address only.
Interviews are to be attended at your own cost.
If company provides transportation expenses, you claim such expenses to company.
Infotech Links are not responsible for expenses done on attending the interview.
Required documents should be available at the time of interview.
Interview attendance feedback is mandatory. Fail to provide attendance feedback, company follow up will not be done for you.
“Not Attended” for interview consider negative ranking in software and cause to stop Registered subscriber service.

Require documents at the time of interview

Hard or Soft copy of interview appointment letter provided by Infotech Links.
Recent 2 passport size photographs.
Two hard copy of Curriculum Viata/ Resume.
Xerox & Original Copies of academic certificates.
Xerox & Original Copies of experience certificates.
For experienced: Last two months salary slips OR Offer & Joining letter of last employer.

Administration / Recruitment Charges

First one month’s 50% decided CTC(Cost To Company) salary is to be paid in case as recruitment charges to ” Infotech Links ” after selection & before joining date.
Recruitment charges are applicable to those candidates who has accepted the offer letter or confirmation given to the company about the joining on provided joining date.
Recruitment charges are also applicable to candidate who accept the offer letter or confirm the joining date to company and don’t join the company on provided joining date.
Recruitment charges are acceptable in the form of online payment by debit or credit card or Personal Cheque or electronic fund transfer to Infotech Links.
Recruitment charges should pay in full within 3 days before joining.
Offer letter remain the property of ” Infotech Links ” until receiving the full payment. In such circumstances, candidate shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.
Any excuses and / or negotiation will not get consider at the time of payment of Recruitment Charges.
Recruitment Charges is non refundable if candidate get offered/joined in the company.
Infotech Links will assist to candidate up to completion of his/her joining process. After candidate’s joining for the company, candidates has to handle any company concern situation at his/her own end, Infotech Links is not responsible for such matters.

You can refer your friends for any suitable requirement available on website.
You can refer your existing company and your Preferred Companies. We check the requirements
availabilities in your preferred companies and inform you if requirement is available for you.
Telephonic assistance for Registered Subscriber is between 10AM to 5PM only.
Registered Subscriber provide their Name, Mobile number, Requirement ID during telephonic assistance.

Not To Do

Don’t ask requirement updates and job descriptions on phone calls. All requirements are posted online on our website.
Don’t apply for non suitable requirements. Wrong application / apply records negative ranking of profile in software.
Don’t ask for bulk interview calls for any profiles as we provides quality opportunities only.
Don’t expect telephonic assistance for requirement updates. You need to check the requirement updates on website only.
Don’t ask for interview feedback. Your application status will be updated in your account. Selection in interview will be informed on phone calls by our executive.

Mail alerts

We are continuously sending the most suitable job alert mail to the candidates by using our email id alerts@infotechlinks.com
Candidates are requested to add our email id to their contact list, so all the further mails we be delivered to their email inbox.
As job alerts are send by the system, some candidates may not receive the mails for all the suitable requirements. It is strongly recommended to search the jobs on this website and get the appropriate requirement.
In case candidate don’t want to receive the job alert mails from us, Please click on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of each mail received from us.

Termination of Service

Service should be used for the purpose of self recruitment only. In case of using this service another from the offered purpose, we reserve the right to terminate the service without any prior intimation.
In case of partial payment done, and not get paid all the charges within one week from the date of registration, we reserve the right to cease the service without any prior intimation.
In an instance of non professional arguments and/or behavior, we reserve the right to terminate the service without any prior intimation.

Other

All the requirements are intended solely for the Indian market.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any requirements/openings available through this site.
We does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability.
Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of the Company.
